EM has nothing to do with calling name. I was referring to having a
Display or Alerting Name field set on the line making the call to CCME.
What type of gateway is CCME defined as in CCMAdmin? If it is H.323
then you need to have "Display IE Enabled" set for outbound calls in
order to send calling name.

Thanks for the quick response Ryan. The phones on CUCM have extension
mobility enabled and users logged onto the phones. The gateway settings
on CUCM has Calling Name Presentation Allowed.

Services have nothing to do with calling party name. In order for
CUCM to pass calling name to CCME first the phones have to have names
assigned to them. Next look at the settings on the gateway/trunk
going to CCME to ensure outbound calls have display enabled.

Guys,
I have a problem with my Cisco CallManager Express (CCME). I have my
MPLS sites on Cisco CallManager (CCM) and few remote VPN sites on
CCME. I have URL service pointing to my CCM under Telephony Service
on the CCME. Now when the CCME users call the CCM users the name
shows up on the screen but when they receive calls from CCM only
number shows up but no name. How can I force CCME see the user names
when they receive calls from CCM?

Many thanks,
