[cisco-voip] Intercom / remote Speaker Phone on

As already mentioned this requires 3rd party applications to accomplish,
IPcelerate and SA announce I saw mentioned already, we have also deployed
Singlewire InformaCast for this as well (formerly known as Berbee
InformaCast).
