There's no step by step document for setup AFAIK. You'll need to choose among SIP, MGCP, or H323. "Big Daddy" H.323 is fairly common and easy to work with in these situations. Router configuration for H.323 will not be any different among CCM versions since H.323 is a peer-to-peer setup. If you know how to do it for CCM 4.x, you already know what to do.
