[cisco-voip] remove the setup Option in New Voicemail Box

Hi,


Is there a way we can remove the setup option from newly created voicemails,
so that a new user can directly login to their mailbox and start accessing
their Voicemails.

They can setup their Voicemail options like personal greetings etc later.
