[cisco-voip] Unity License Question

The key is to use the configurator, pick the top level (zero cost) SKU, then work from there. 

I've been burned so many ways from sunday doing it from the price list. 

Your SE should be able to tell you the difference between the two, however. Ask them why. 

The ones you list has UM/VM vs UM only. That likely has something to do with it.

What got me wondering is I quoted the 1 user license to my SE but she 
quoted back the 10 user license.
