not single hub
not multiple hub

there is a tiered CAC model where

region1-----region2
  | |
  cm1 cm2
/ \ / \
loc1 loc2 loc3 loc4

use CM locations CAC between locations and GK CAC between regions

but i cannot directly see how any of these match your model. tiered
may be closest. sounds like RSVP to me?

I was wondering what would be the best practice for calculating CCM
CAC bandwidth in MESS type WAN topology and Centralize call processing
environment.

Assuming 3 sites - HQ , siteb and sitec in TRIANGLE. All sites are
conencted via a MPLS cloude in the middle. Each site has 1 megs of
SYMETRIC bandwidth.
also assumeing 100 users at each location. CCM is kept in HQ. SITEB
and C are SRST routers (and not CME).
