Hi List,

is it possible to configure a IPCCx Script to do Call-Routing based on the MWI Status of the Agent? Have to use IPCCx 4.0/ CCM 4.1/ Unity 4.0. Any tipps for how to implement this?

Cant find any information about this on the we, so far.
