Last I checked, the plugin is available in 7.0, it will not be available for
new 7.1 deployments (however users updating to 7.1 will still have the
plugin) however it is end of sale as of April 17th, see the end of life
announcement:

Given this I recommend looking at the replacements rather then deploying
something which is end of sale, and end of support in a few years. there are
a few options depending on your requirements you can get info on them at
