[cisco-voip] Ring setting

The system administrator must enable the option via enterprise 
parameters. Then the per-line ring settings appear in the CCMUser pages 
allowing the user to select behavior per line.

Ring Settings
Ring Setting (Phone Idle) Required Field   
Ring Setting (Phone Active)
