[cisco-voip] Problem with a (CUCM 6 sgn.iso image DVD) or me

in addition, i believe the upgrade literally needs to find the .iso file 
on the disk if you choose to go that route.  we've been back and forth 
on this a few times so my recollection gets fuzzy.   SFTP is the cheaper 
option either way.  There have also been issues with some optical disk 
drives, especially in the IBM servers, where reading the disk drive fails.
