[cisco-voip] Auto shutdown server

First things first, do CUCM 7 boxes even give you access to the shutdown command?

Has anyone wrote a script to shutdown a server using UPS
software? My UPS software can run a script file when the battery gets low but I
need to script the commands to shutdown the CUCM 7.x and Unity connection 7.x .
