[cisco-voip] Polycom Viewstation 384SP and Cisco (using Voice Gateways to dial out instead of dedicated ISDN's connected to Video Conferce Station).

It sounds like you want to do H.320 ISDN video channel bonding.  You
won't be able to do this on MGCP.

For full video support you're correct that you'll need H.323 on your gateways.
