[cisco-voip] remove DND options on ccmuser

Isn't there an option on the Enterprise parameters in the CUCM CCMuser
settings for this?

I have a client that would like to remove the DND configuration feature from
the ccmuser page on a 7.1.2bSU1 publisher. Yes I know they still have it on
the phone, but is there a way to either gray out this feature or remove it
completely from the web page?
