[cisco-voip] CCO download dead?

I only got one file, the other two look stalled, although FF says it's getting 50-80KB/s. Weird.

They're having some major issues today. couple of coworkers are having the 
same issues with downloads today.

It did that last night...took several tries to get CallManager
