[cisco-voip] IAD2431 Blocking users from dialing * codes

I am trying to stop users behind a 2431-8FXS from call forwarding lines by
using *72NPANXXX.   I can't find anything online with how to block codes
like  *72.  Is it as simple as the following?   My switch does not allow me
to block * codes to individual SIP accounts, just an all or nothing.

 

Rule 1 reject /*$/
