Cisco would have to send you another DVD as far as I know, but I would just run 7.1(3) unless you have a big reason not to. I've been happy with it so far.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUCM 7.1(3)

Hi,

Has anyone downgraded from CUCM 7.1(3) to CUCM 7.1(2)? The reason I ask is we ordered 7.1(2) but received 7.1(3) from Cisco. I was wondering if there is a process of downgrading to 7.1(2) so Cisco does not have to send me another DVD.

Thank you,
Syed
