You can propose Unity and Unity Speech Connect.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Speech recognition

Hi,

We are in the process of proposing a new IPT system to a customer.
Customer wants a simple autoattendant script with possibility to the
caller to pronounce the name of the person they want to speak to so that
the system can forward the call to this person extension.

We thought of CUE and Unity, but I think it's not possible to have
speech recognition capabilities. Is there any product we can use in
order to achieve this goal?

Regards,

Ruben
