[cisco-voip] Mobile Voice Access - Problem

I have configure Mobile Voice Access on CCM 7.1.2 and my H323 GW,  
 
PSTN phone----->FXO-H323 GW.----->Voice mobile access number ------->CCM
 
but when I call number for remote access from PSTN phone who point to voice mobile access number I hear only continuous ringing and I have no answer from CCM with IVR Prompt. 
 
sh call active voice brief output is. And 89999 is my Voice Mobile Access Number
