you have to create the directory, to do that you can just specify it when you upload the image and xml

I have several 7945s deployed. From the phone, if I go into change the Background Image I get "Selections Unavailable"
 
Documentation (see link below), says List.xml and the Background Images are located at:
/Desktops/320x212x16 for Cisco Unified IP Phone 7975G, 7965G, and 7945G 
 
When I look at the TFTP server, all I have is:
/Desktops/640x480x24
 
I don't have to sub-directory for the 320x212x16 background images. How do I get these installed?
