Opss for forgot to add, you also need a conference bridge and assign it to a resource group and then add the gateway to that resource group

Subject: [cisco-voip] Mobile Connect SNR problem

Afternoon all,

I am running CUCM 6.1(3) and have configured mobile connect. I have setup a remote destination profile and remote destination to point to my mobile (cell) phone.

I can get my IP phone and mobile to ring simultaneously. However, when I take the incoming call on my mobile and disconnect, I’m not able to continue the call on my IP phone. If I attempt to pickup the connected line I get a ‘no conference bridge’ message.

I am dialling out of a h323 gateway and have followed Cisco’s configuration notes. I have also tried multiple mobile phone service providers but to no avail.

Is there any configuration work I need to do on the voice gateway?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
