[cisco-voip] Ordering Unity

Yeah I've never understood that part number. A CUCM cluster tops out
at 30,000 phones, so even if every phone is a 7975 you only get to
240,000 DLU for devices. If you assume each of those phones is a user
you could add an extra 90,000 for mobility and presence. I don't see
how it is even possible to use a million DLU on a single cluster.
