[cisco-voip] Cisco CCM 4.2

A small installation, maybe 75 phones.  To go to 7 was almost $35,000.  Of
course, some of this included the VAR's work (from previous posts it does
sound like you have to spend a lot of time manually re-entering lots of
information).  This was also to go from Full CCM and Unity to the Business
Edition.  So yes, I was horrified!  Maybe I need to look for a different
VAR, though he has always seemed to steer me right.
