[cisco-voip] Number PLan Report

Brain cramp here....somoene electronically dope slap me please.
I used to run a "Number Plan Report", it would show all the extensions and
Route points used in the system.
I can't seem to find it now.

Can someone tell me where I should be looking?  CCM and Unity 4.x
