[cisco-voip] CSCta73022 for Connection

I figured it was affected, I just wish the BUG ID text wasnt all CUCM
centric and was more CUCM/CUC OS centric.It would confuse someone who didnt
understand its the same OS.

even on the connection os admin part, it references CUCM all over the place.
