[cisco-voip] Meeting place express issue.

Dear all,
I have meeting place express in India. And i am using a  5 digit number for
meetings. within office it works fine and from pstn users can attend the
meeting. But people from different countries when they try to attend the
meeting   they will hear a single ring and the call goes to dead air. there
is an inter cluster trunk between India and us. If any person has to call
from any part of the world they have go to us and from there they have to
come to India via the ict( Inter Cluster Trunk. It is an h323 trunk. Gate
keeper is there in us but there is no gatekeeper in India.

Any suggestion please
