[cisco-voip] SRST testing

Theres already been a fair bit of chat about this, so its always worth
searching the archives.

My preference is to setup an ACL which blocks access between the phones and
the callmanagers
If you are using MGCP and trying to test MGCP fallback to H323 you need to
block the MGCP stuff from the gateway as well.
