[cisco-voip] add CCX 7.0 node into cluster

Don't think it will cause any downtime, but I always schedule anything that is messing with the cluster for downtime acceptable times. You never know...

Hi,

We need to add a new CCX 7.0 SR3 node into the cluster which is under 
production. Does anyone know if such task will cause downtime to the 
existing Contact Centre?
