[cisco-voip] add CCX 7.0 node into cluster

This is a potential problem. I've done this and it was very tricky. But I
was doing it on a UCCX 5. After uploading the new licence which allows
clustering, it seemed like everything was just fine, until the first node
failed and second didn't take over the services. The problem was that first
node was looking at the bundle license. I've solved this after many hours
and deleting the first licence so there was only one licence in place. After
that I needed to reinstall all the client applications. So... be careful,
and let the force be with you :)))
P.S. Maybe version 7 doesn't have this issue
