[cisco-voip] IPCC 7.0 Webview Browser Problems

There are problems creating and viewing a report in Internet Explorer 7
& 8, with Internet Explorer 6 are no problems.

I have searched already and didn't found any answers.

 

If you create a report in WebView, it is opening a new tab with the
informations but its saying "There was an error detecting your User
Name. Please contact your administrator." 

 

Any suggestions?
