[cisco-voip] no upgrade from CUCM 4/5/6 to CUCM 8?

I don't have any details regarding future CUCM releases, however there 
seems to be some confusion here.  It is possible to go from 4->6.0, 
5->6.0, 6->7.0, 5->7.0.

You CANNOT do:

5.1(3)->6.0
6.1(3)->7.0

This is because 5.1(3) was released after 6.0 and 6.1(3) was released 
after 7.0 so they each had newer database information which would be 
lost if those upgrades were allowed.  Not sure how this relates to the 
original post.
