[cisco-voip] Delay in off in MWI

Open up your port status monitor and look to see what's happening. There might be some issues that you are not aware of. You might see a 10 to 15 second delay, but not 1 min.

Do you have some ports reserved for MWI? Are all your ports in use perhaps?

No - after I listen to my voice mail and either delete or save calls then hang up, the light takes about 1 minute to go off.

Do you mean when you do a MWI resynch? if so ..1 minute is pretty fast ;) Ours takes like an hour.

I'm on a roll today with my questions...

We have about a 45 second to 1 minute delay in the MWI turning off after we processed all messages.

Is there anyway to tweak this?
