Are you going via the Services button or the Directories button? If the
latter, the URL changed with UCM 6.x and above.

Can someone give me an answer, if anyone have seen this
problem before. We just upgraded to ccm version 7. I
believe it was tested and it was working. But now when I go
to personal Directory via the IP phone and put my user name
and Pin number in, I get a error ( PD error message). Has
anyone experience this before?
