Yes, absolutely. It comes down to what the customer is looking for and what they have already paid for with licensing. CUPC has many great features and does not complicate matters from an interoperability standpoint. The client is pretty solid and has integration into Outlook. If users have not seen the MOC integration before, then they do not know what they are missing.

I will add that to my ever growing list of the things the MOC client can do that the CUPC client cannot.
Has anyone had a satisfied customer that has deployed CUPC?

These presence jelly beans are part of the deep office integration that Microsoft has made with MOC. There are currently no APIs to integrate other presence clients into sharepoint and outlook, so yes it is another item that MOC can and CUPC cannot.

When I use the MOC client on my PC and I use a Microsoft application like SharePoint or outlook it puts a bubble icon indicating the presence information of that user. I assume this is something on the client side. Can this be implemented using the CUPC client or is it just another item that MOC can do that CUPC cannot.
