[cisco-voip] Hunt pilot busy

UCM 6.13. Calls come into a Unity 4.2 AA, dial extension 1111, call handler transfer caller to hunt pilot 1111.

We are having problems with callers getting busy tone.

Hunt pilot points HL with HG with 25 members. Hunt Pilot rb/rna destination is HP for an Attendant Console group.

Why the busys???
