[cisco-voip] iDivert behavior to an administrative defined number?

Hi all,
my costumer is asking if it is possible to use the iDivert functionality but not to the Voice mail number.
The costumer would like to make this for teams. If one is called from a person he knows that he spoke to his workmate he would like to divert the call immediately to his workmate.
Is there a possibility to change the number iDivert is using? Or is it possible to define a new softkey which will have almost the same behavior except the different divert to number?
Any hints are appreciated.
