[cisco-voip] Changing IP address of CCX Servers (running HA) v7.0

Hi All,

Just a quick question around changing the IP address of a CCX server cluster.

I have to change subnets for one of my customers who have CUCM 7.0, CCX 7.0 (2 servers in HA), CUPS 7.0 and Unity Connection 7.0.

My question is, I have no issues changing the linux based servers and updating their configs accordingly, however when I am changing the CCX server can someone confirm that this is the best way?

- Change the CUCM servers to their new subnet. Confirm they are working on the new subnet.

- On the CCX servers, log into the /appadmin and make the changes to the IP addresses. Save settings. Update the NIC settings and reboot the servers.

- Should the primary server be updated before the secondary server? Or can they both be done at the same time?

- Have I missed any steps when updating the IP addresses for the CCX cluster?

Thank you,
Jason
