[cisco-voip] does ccmupgrade assistant require reboot of CM afterinstall?

Open up SQL Enterprise Manager, go to the server it's complaining  
about then Management->SQL Server Agent->Jobs.  Somewhere in there is  
a job that failed at some point.  Fix that.
