[cisco-voip] does ccmupgrade assistant require reboot of CM afterinstall?

usually that one fails because the job is configured to run in an a
ccm03xx database that no longer exists.
check the job and see what database it is configured for. most likely
needs to be updated to run in the latest ccm database.
i believe it usually broke due to BARS restore.
