Hey guys,

Just wondering whether anyone knows the supported audio formats for ARC Enterprise Voice Phrases?

I'm setting up some new phrases but I have some pre-recorded phrases that are recorded in:

*         Bit Rate - 768K

*         Audio Sample Size - 16bit

*         Channels - mono

*         Audio sample rate - 48kHz

*         Audio Format - PCM

Now I realise that those files are not going to be supported but if I convert them to:

*         Bit Rate - 128K

*         Audio Sample Size - 16bit

*         Channels - mono

*         Audio sample rate - 8kHz

*         Audio Format - PCM

It sounds really crap and not what the client is after....so I was wondering whether there was a higher sample rate that would be supported that would not sound too bad after conversion?

No trouble if there ins't....I'll just have to get it re-recorded.

Regards
