[cisco-voip] End User to App User

I am upgrading from 4.1.3 to 7.1.2 and the DMA Tool converted all of my
users to End Users.

 

Is there a way to convert an End User to an Application User?

 

I have a few Phone Services that have a lot of devices associated to the
users that run them, so I want to either convert the users to Application
Users or copy their device associations to a new Application User.  Is there
a way to do either?
