[cisco-voip] Export PAB from cm4.x?

We have a client where we are migrating users from distributed CM 4.2.3
clusters to a centralized cm 6.1.3 cluster. We are exporting all the
phone info including speed dials via a sql query then use that to build
bat files for import to 6.x.

 

We've completed several sites but have now discovered that users are
complaining that they do not have their PAB. 

 

PAB in 4.x was stored in DC Directory. Anyone know of a clever way to
export that data for import to CM6.1.3?
