[cisco-voip] LDAP Sync vs AD Integration

your not missing anything.
The AD sync is only that. it only looks to your LDAP for authentication.
it will not add / delete users.
Couple questions:
is your Unity VM only and is that the LDAP your looking at?
Are you doing your add / delete stuff from CM or Unity.
if unity, I would not think anything would change.
if CM you are correct and they would need to have access via the LDAP.
