[cisco-voip] Determin CUCM Restart

I have a situation where a CUCM server has restarted and I need to know why.
RTMT says the server restarted but the only people that know how to restart
the server say they did not do it. I belive everyone so I am just looking
for some log file that can tell me what happened. Did the Call Manager
service crash and cause the server to restart? Did we lose power? Did
someone issue the utils system restart command? I just am trying to get to
the bottom of this. Thanks.
