[cisco-voip] IOS 15?

I put it on a 871 for one of our home teleworker routers.. Every time the
user undocked and the laptop tried to connect wirelessly, the router crashed
and restarted.  And after all that time I spent blaming the ISP too...
Downgraded to 12.4(24)T2, worked fine.
