[cisco-voip] MWI Will Not Turn off - Unity Connection 7.0.2

Yeah.  I tried that and it turns off.  The problem is that it doesn't  
stay off.  It turns back on no more than 1-2 minutes afterwards.   
Pretty much by the time I walked out of his office to the front door  
(about 3-4 offices away) he yelled that the "d*mn" light was back on.
