[cisco-voip] delayed ringing

I am using CCM ver 6.X and I would like to setup "delayed ringing"

Scenario:
1 DN (shared line) on phone A and B

The objective:
The DN on phone A should ring 2X before the DN on phone B starts ringing.

On PBX's I have configured in the past, this setting would be configured on the line on the phone. I need help figuring out how to do this on the CCM.

Things I have tried:
Hunt group - does not work because the pilot number cannot be the same as the dn and a digit translation would result in a loop.
