[cisco-voip] Dial Delay with Nortel Option 11c/61c and Cisco IOS gateways

Hi,

We are trying to integrate Nortel 11c and 61c PBXes with Cisco IOS
Gateway. Site-1 is equipped with 11c and Site-2 with 61c. Both Sites
are connected with 2Mbps link. Site-2 provide PSTN connectivity. If
calls are made specifically to PSTN, users are experiencing dial
delays. Any one did something similar previously?
