I don’t know when these were all released… and I somewhat understand – this isn’t as simple as baking cookies – but you would think, just using a purely a hypothetical example, that if they started building 6.1.4.1000 code on June 1 with 6.1.2.2000 as their “root” code but didn’t release the new 6.1.4 code until August 1 they would go back and include any and all fixes made for the 6.1.2.2000 code after the June 1 date but prior to the August 1 release of the 6.1.4.1000 code. IMHO It doesn’t appear that this is the case. And you would also think that once 6.1.4.1000 was released that they would cease to update anything older.

It all depends where they picked up the 6.1(3) code to begin 6.1(4) code.

Listed below is 6.1(3.9999.1) - if they started 6.1(4) at 6.1(3.8888.1) [as an example], you wouldn't have that fix.

That's the way I understand it anyways.

End user configuration screen is blank - http://is.gd/32NN7 - this bug is showing up for me on 6.1.4.1000-10 – I’ve rebooted and still have the issue. The bug notes show it resolved in the following codes:

Fixed-In
7.0(0.39700.60)
6.1(1.9901.140)
6.1(2.1000.13)
7.0(0.66666.1)
7.0(0.66666.2)
7.0(1.11000.2)
6.1(3.9999.1)

I’m obviously on a later code than all of the listed 6.1 codes yet I have the bug. Why is this showing up for me and not fixed in the code I’m on? I would think this would be fixed in any 6.1.4 code.
