[cisco-voip] Live Record

Can someone give me a few pointers for setting up the live record in
unity.

We have Unity 5.0(1) and call manager 6.12, I have followed the Tech
Notes and must be missing something.

It keeps wanting me to give a login when I dial the number for live
record.
