It’s to my personal line, and I am a subscriber. That’s what puzzled me.

It will give you a login prompt if you are calling the live record pilot from a non-subscriber.

Are you calling from a non-subscriber DN?

Can someone give me a few pointers for setting up the live record in unity.

We have Unity 5.0(1) and call manager 6.12, I have followed the Tech Notes and must be missing something.

It keeps wanting me to give a login when I dial the number for live record.

Thanks

Mel
